Shadiah Sigala

Shadiah Sigala is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kinside, a modern child care benefits platform based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to launching Kinside, she served as the co-founder of HoneyBook, a software-as-a-service platform designed for freelance business management that successfully scaled to serve more than 50,000 independent professionals. A first-generation Mexican-American, Sigala completed her advanced academic training by the age of 24, earning a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Pomona College. Throughout her career as a serial technology entrepreneur, she has consistently focused on developing scalable software solutions that address the operational needs of the creator economy and the logistical challenges of modern working parents. Her current focus centers on expanding family-oriented workplace solutions through specialized enterprise software platforms.
