Seth Dobrin

Seth Dobrin is a General Partner at 1infinity Ventures and the Founder of Qantm AI, currently based in Austin, Texas. Prior to his transition into venture capital and strategic advisory roles, he served as the first Global Chief AI Officer at IBM, where he formulated the multinational technology corporation's artificial intelligence strategy and managed extensive teams of data scientists. Before his tenure at IBM, Dobrin worked at Monsanto as the Director of Digital Strategies, overseeing the implementation of advanced data analytics across global agricultural operations. He earned a doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Arizona State University, which established his technical foundation in complex, data-intensive research methodologies. Today, his primary professional focus centers on funding and advising early-stage technology startups operating at the intersection of enterprise software, digital infrastructure, and emerging artificial intelligence applications.
