Sergio Paluch

Sergio Paluch is the Managing Partner at Beta Boom, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. Before transitioning to venture capital, he founded multiple software and fintech startups and worked in investment banking at BTG Pactual. Under his leadership, Beta Boom manages over $50 million in assets, recently closing its $75 million Fund II in March 2026 to back startups across Latin America. His investment portfolio encompasses more than 20 companies with three successful exits, featuring connections to prominent regional unicorns like Kavak and Bitso. An alumnus of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Stanford GSB, he recently led a $15 million Series A round for an artificial intelligence logistics startup. Paluch currently focuses on funding and mentoring high-growth founders operating within the fintech, artificial intelligence, climate technology, and deep tech sectors.
