Dr. Ser-Chen Fu is currently a Partner at Pacific 8 Ventures, where he focuses on evaluating early-stage healthcare startups from a clinical and medical perspective. Prior to transitioning into the venture capital sector, he accumulated over 10 years of direct medical experience operating as a clinically-trained neurologist. During his extensive medical career, he served as an attending physician and concurrently held a faculty teaching position at Tzu-Chi University in Taiwan. In addition to his primary investment responsibilities, he actively supports broader life sciences innovation by serving as a dedicated mentor within the Life Sciences track at Endless Frontier Labs. He leverages this specialized background to identify and evaluate promising early-stage ventures.
