Sepand Dyanatkar

Sepand Dyanatkar is the Co-founder of OnDeck AI, a startup developing computer vision systems for video search and classification using machine learning. He holds a Master's in Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge, where his thesis focused on multi-agent system resilience, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Physics from the University of British Columbia. Prior to founding OnDeck AI, Dyanatkar completed a software engineering internship with the Fuse team at Amazon and served as a research intern at the European Space Agency's European Astronaut Centre. His earlier academic and professional work includes researching hierarchical robotic swarms at Polytechnique Montréal and serving a one-year term as an elected board member for the student space nonprofit organization SEDS-Canada from 2021 to 2022. Dyanatkar's technical background centers on the intersection of distributed systems, reinforcement learning, and applied computer vision.
