Sedef Koktenturk

Sedef Köktentürk is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Horizon Corporation, based in Zurich, Switzerland. In this capacity, she oversees impact management, client solutions, and operations for a firm that has raised over $650 million and invested in more than 50 alternative protein companies. Before joining Blue Horizon in 2021, she spent three years as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and held investment roles at Generation Investment Management. Her two-decade career in capital markets began in financial advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and she holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Additionally, she represented Turkey as an Olympic windsurfer at the 2008 Beijing Games and co-authored a BCG report forecasting a $290 billion alternative protein market by 2035. Köktentürk's current work focuses on scaling sustainable investments to accelerate the global transition toward alternative food systems.
