Sébastien Matykowski

Sébastien Matykowski is an Investor at Super Capital VC, a Senior Advisor at Capival, and the founder of MATYKOW&CO, based in Paris, France. He holds degrees from EDHEC Business School and Universität Mannheim, and began his early corporate finance career as an International Controller at Moët & Chandon. Matykowski subsequently transitioned to audit and transaction support roles at the global accounting firm Mazars. In 2006, he founded Capival, a corporate finance advisory firm specializing in financial valuation and mergers and acquisitions, where he directed operations until 2020. Alongside his private sector work, he serves as a board member for Medef Paris and CAF de Paris, acts as a trainer for the Banque de France, and has lectured at Sciences Po Paris. His current focus centers on venture capital investing, business transmission strategy, and executive management advisory services.
