Sebastien de Halleux

Sebastien de Halleux is a Founding Partner at Graph Ventures and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Capricorn Investment Group, currently based in San Francisco, California. Through Graph Ventures, he has backed more than 300 early-stage startup teams since the seed fund's initial launch in 2011. Previously, he served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Playfish, a social gaming developer that was acquired by Electronic Arts for $400 million in 2009. His earlier operating experience includes co-founding Glu Mobile, which completed its initial public offering in 2007, and serving as Chief Operating Officer at the ocean data and drone technology company Saildrone. Holding a master's degree in civil engineering with honors from Imperial College London, de Halleux leverages his twenty-year entrepreneurial track record to focus on seed-stage investments across the gaming, robotics, and ocean technology sectors.
