Sebastian Pollok

Sebastian Pollok is a Co-founder and Partner at Visionaries Club, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany. He directs early-stage investments across a portfolio of more than 50 companies and recently led the firm's Fund III close at €150 million in March 2025. Prior to establishing his current firm, he operated within the Rocket Internet ecosystem and earned a degree in business and entrepreneurship from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. His venture capital track record includes backing European unicorns such as Personio, while his recent industry engagements involve speaking on artificial intelligence investments at TechCrunch Disrupt Europe and publishing European market analysis in Sifted. Pollok currently focuses on providing operational guidance and pre-seed to seed funding for technology startups operating in the B2B SaaS, financial technology, and climate technology sectors.
