Sebastian Peck

Sebastian Peck is a Partner at Kompas VC based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where he manages the local office and oversees early-stage investments across the Nordics, United Kingdom, France, and Benelux. Prior to this role, he spent five years as the Managing Director of InMotion Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Jaguar Land Rover. Earlier in his career, he co-founded the scientific data analytics company Digital Science in 2010, following advisory roles at Boston Consulting Group and the TMT division of UBS Investment Bank. He holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from London Business School. Peck currently focuses his investment strategy on early-stage technology startups that emphasize sustainability, education, and the development of future industry leaders.
