Sean O'Brien

Sean O'Brien is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Overline VC, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently oversees approximately $40 million in assets under management across the firm's dedicated seed and opportunity funds. Prior to launching Overline VC, O'Brien spent three decades in investment banking, hedge fund management, and corporate strategy, notably serving as Chief Strategy Officer at PGi. During his executive tenure at PGi, he executed more than 30 acquisitions and divestitures before the technology company was acquired for over $1 billion in 2015. He holds a board seat at Resultid and serves as an active mentor for both Techstars and the Endeavor Atlanta Advisory Council. His current focus centers on providing early-stage capital and operational guidance to technology founders scaling startups throughout the Southeast ecosystem.
