Sean Kwiat

Sean Kwiat is currently the Vice President of Investments at CincyTech, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before joining the firm in 2015, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst and Young LLP, where he focused on audits and financial analysis for both private and SEC-registered clients. In his current capacity, Kwiat leads the investment team and has participated in over 100 early-stage venture financings and multiple exit transactions across the software, technology, and life sciences sectors. He additionally serves as the Membership Chair for VentureNext, holds an advisory board position at Alloy Growth Lab, and acts as an advisor for RedHawk Ventures. His primary professional focus remains on structuring early-stage investments, conducting due diligence for software opportunities, and managing portfolio valuations for emerging technology and digital health companies.
