Sean Foote is a venture capitalist and educator who currently serves as Continuing Professional Faculty at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Managing Director of Co=Creation=Capital, and Operating Partner at Transform Capital. He began his professional career as a systems engineer developing artificial intelligence networks before working as a management consultant across multiple sectors at Boston Consulting Group. Transitioning to venture capital at Scripps Ventures, Foote later joined Labrador Ventures, where he invested in more than 100 companies across five funds, including early-stage investments in Hotmail, Pandora, and RocketFuel. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and has taught impact investing courses that were simulcast to over 100 global business school campuses. Foote currently focuses his professional efforts on early-stage technology investments, corporate venture advisory, and capital-efficient growth strategies.
