Scott Weiss

Scott Weiss is a Venture Partner at 11 Tribes Ventures based in Chicago, United States. Before joining the early-stage venture fund, he served as the founding CEO of OCEAN Accelerator and the CEO of The Evenflo Company, where he directed a corporate turnaround resulting in three global sale transactions. His executive career includes leading four divisions at The Clorox Company, managing brands such as Brita Products and Hidden Valley Ranch, and holding leadership positions at Foster's Wine Estates Americas and Bristol Myers. Weiss holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Indiana University, and he currently serves as a Director for InLine Plastics Corp and The Garage Group. His current focus centers on early-stage venture capital investments, emphasizing founder resilience, commercial skills training, and operational scaling across diverse startup sectors.
