Scott Roman

Scott Roman is the Managing Director at Emil Capital Partners and the Founder and Managing Partner of White Shark Management LLC, operating out of offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, he evaluated middle-market investments in the financial services and healthcare sectors at Century Equity Partners and worked in technology services investment banking at Raymond James, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Roman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College between 2007 and 2011. He also serves as the Executive Director of Certificate Programs at Wall Street Prep, where he directs a private equity program in collaboration with the Wharton Business School. His current investment focus primarily centers on seed and growth-stage companies operating across the consumer products, enterprise software, financial technology, and healthcare sectors.
