Scott Norton

Scott Norton is currently an Investor at N+1 Ventures. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sir Kensington's, a specialty condiments brand that achieved certified B Corporation status. Under his executive leadership, the consumer products company scaled its operations significantly before being successfully acquired by Unilever in 2017. Earlier in his professional career, Norton worked in the finance sector at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo and earned a degree in Economics from Brown University, where he now serves on the Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship. His entrepreneurial achievements have earned him recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business. Today, Norton leverages his operational background to evaluate and support early-stage consumer brands through his venture capital investment practice.
