Scott Munro

Scott Munro is a Venture Partner leading the Corporate Development Practice at Inovia Capital. Before joining the firm in January 2017, he served as the Founder and Managing Director of Pagemill Partners, an investment bank where he completed over 250 transactions before its acquisition by Duff & Phelps. Previously, Munro was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Savoir Technology Group, scaling the enterprise from $50 million to a $1 billion revenue run rate prior to its sale to Avnet Inc. He has guided numerous technology companies through complex exits, including advising on the $122 million acquisition of Chango by Rubicon Project that generated a 7x multiple on invested capital. Munro currently leverages three decades of operating and financial advisory experience to assist portfolio companies with valuation maximization, buy-side strategies, and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
