Scott Kitcher

Scott Kitcher is the President and CEO of Sustain SoCal and a General Partner at Elevation Ventures, based in Orange County, California. He brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, spanning investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and consulting. More than 15 years ago, he transitioned his professional focus toward clean technologies and sustainability initiatives to drive economic growth through innovation. In addition to his primary executive roles, Kitcher serves as Chairman of the Sustain OC Foundation and holds a board seat at EMC Squared Vehicles. He also acts as a Director for the Advanced Transportation Center and sits on the Leadership Council for the Samueli School of Engineering at UCI. His current professional focus centers on leveraging extensive capital markets expertise to fund and scale environmentally sustainable technology ventures.
