Scott Beardsley

Scott Beardsley is the Managing Partner of Venture Investments at Novo Holdings US Inc., based in San Francisco, California. He leads a team managing private and public equity investments across the biotechnology and medical technology sectors for the global firm. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at JP Morgan heading West Coast biopharmaceuticals and led the US biopharmaceuticals investment banking practice at Piper Jaffray. His earlier career includes positions within the Health Care Group at Montgomery Securities and the Growth Equity team at Novo A/S in Copenhagen from 2009 to 2012. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, earned a BS from Colorado State University, and previously served as a board member of Aerocrine AB. Beardsley focuses on deploying capital into early-stage translatable science and commercial-stage products within the life sciences industry.
