Schwark Satyavolu

Schwark Satyavolu is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures, where he leads early-stage investments in the security, artificial intelligence, and fintech sectors. Before entering venture capital, he co-founded two financial technology companies that achieved successful exits, including Yodlee, which was acquired by Envestnet in 2015, and Truaxis, which Mastercard purchased in 2012. Following the Truaxis acquisition, Satyavolu served as the Global Head of Rewards and Offers at Mastercard, managing a $200 million division, and later worked as an Executive Vice President at LifeLock. An engineer by training who holds 15 patents, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His current focus centers on leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial and executive experience to mentor founders building enduring enterprise technology companies.
