Sarthak Srinivas

Sarthak Srinivas is the cofounder and CEO of Quantstruct, an artificial intelligence documentation engineering startup based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching this Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch company, he served as a product lead at Moveworks, where he built an agent developer platform from inception to over $2 million in annual recurring revenue. During his tenure at Moveworks, which was subsequently acquired by ServiceNow, Srinivas successfully onboarded multiple Fortune 100 enterprise companies onto the platform. His academic background includes studying computer science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he conducted research alongside wearable computing pioneer Thad Starner, as well as a brief period at Stanford University. A former Kleiner Perkins Fellow, his current focus centers on deploying AI agents to automate technical writing and complex enterprise workflows for hypergrowth API developers like Vapi.
