Sarah Wolter

Sarah Wolter is the Chief Operating Officer at FinTech Collective, where she oversees firm-wide operations. Prior to this role, she spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving on the Equity Syndicate Team within Global Capital Markets to execute technology, media, and telecommunications offerings. Wolter earned a Master of Business Administration with highest honors from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics cum laude from Dartmouth College. Outside of her corporate career, she won a bronze medal as the youngest member of the 2006 Women’s Olympic Ice Hockey Team and co-authored books on professional soccer. At FinTech Collective, she recently helped facilitate the firm's lead investment in a $3.8 million seed funding round for the startup Diesta. Her career combines extensive capital markets execution with specialized operational leadership in early-stage venture capital.
