Sarah Trice

Sarah Trice serves as the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Iambic Therapeutics, an artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery company based in San Diego, California. She helped establish the biotechnology firm in 2019 and played a key role in securing its initial funding, including a partnership with Sequoia Capital in 2021 and a subsequent $100 million Series B financing round. Prior to her current executive position, Trice held leadership roles at MilliporeSigma, a subsidiary of Merck KGaA, where she directed cheminformatics and software initiatives for chemical synthesis. She completed her formal academic training by earning a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, providing the technical foundation for her transition into computational drug development. Trice currently focuses on scaling corporate operational infrastructure and advancing proprietary machine learning platforms to accelerate the clinical pipeline of novel therapeutics.
