Sarah Millar

Sarah Millar is a Principal at City Light Capital based in New York City, where she leads early-stage impact investments nationwide. At the venture capital firm, which manages over $300 million in assets across more than 50 portfolio companies, she directs capital toward startups addressing education, health, and climate challenges. Her investment track record includes backing ventures such as Outschool, Presence, and Parallel Learning, alongside leading a recent climate edtech transaction in 2024.
