Sarah Du

Sarah Du is a Senior Associate at Uncork Capital, where she focuses on seed-stage artificial intelligence applications and infrastructure investments. Prior to this role, she worked at Bessemer Venture Partners, sourcing and supporting seed to Series B startups including Kindred and Chaos Labs. Her earlier experience includes serving as a venture fellow at Pear VC and working at Sierra Ventures and the financial technology startup Drop. Du graduated with honors from Princeton University, where she co-founded Princeton Student Ventures, and she recently received the 2025 NVCA Rising Star Award. She develops investment theses around voice AI and model evaluation, hosts the "Early Access" series, and previously spent one month embedded within a portfolio company. Her current focus remains on identifying and evaluating early-stage AI companies while providing hands-on operational and fundraising support to technical founders.
