Santiago Ribadeneira

Santiago Ribadeneira is the co-founder of FastFarma and the founding Managing Director of Endeavor Ecuador, currently based in Quito, Ecuador. At FastFarma, a digital pharmacy platform backed by Y Combinator, he directs regional operations designed to facilitate 30-minute medication delivery services for consumers across Latin America. Before launching this digital health enterprise, he served as a Venture Partner at MatterScale Ventures, where he evaluated early-stage technology investments. He also established the Ecuadorian branch of the global entrepreneurship network Endeavor, working to identify and support high-impact founders in the region. Throughout his career, Ribadeneira has accumulated 10 distinct professional positions, which include multiple corporate board memberships and strategic advisory roles alongside regional business figures like Marcelo Albuja. His current focus remains centered on expanding Latin American digital healthcare infrastructure and fostering regional startup growth through active venture capital participation.
