Sanjay Kamlani is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maker5, a venture studio that provides software development services and builds legal industry startups. He began his career as an international tax lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in cross-border business advisory services between the United States and India. Kamlani subsequently co-founded OfficeTiger, serving as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and board member to pioneer offshore professional support services in the Indian market. Following this venture, he co-founded Pangea3, establishing one of the first major businesses dedicated to legal process outsourcing for global clients. Beyond his primary operational roles, he is actively involved with Duke Capital Partners, the early-stage venture investment fund affiliated with Duke University. His career remains focused on driving process transformation, offshore outsourcing, and technological innovation across law firms and corporate legal departments.
