Sandy Selman

Sandy Selman is the Managing Director at Asia West Inc. and the co-founder of TMC Emerging Technology Fund LP, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on the mortgage sector. He previously founded the Asia West Environment Fund LP to target proprietary technologies in Chinese and Indian markets, and launched CPROP, a startup developing digital asset security exchanges for commercial real estate. During his earlier career in industrial and investment banking, Selman arranged $1.5 billion in financing for major energy and environmental infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University. As an experienced operator, he has chaired three portfolio companies to cash flow breakeven while managing a nine-year portfolio scaling early-stage startups into global enterprises.
