Sandro Valeri

Sandro Valeri is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Ahead Ventures, a corporate venture capital firm based in Brazil. In this capacity, he manages investment funds in partnership with Banco Fator, PortCapital, and EloGroup, evaluating more than 7,500 market opportunities and executing strategic partnerships with over 60 startups. Previously, Valeri spent over a decade leading corporate innovation initiatives at aerospace manufacturer Embraer, where he co-founded the EmbraerX division and directed the early development of electric vertical takeoff and landing technology. Additionally, he serves as a visiting professor and advisory board member for the MBA program at Fundação Dom Cabral, while coordinating the corporate venture capital committee for ABVCAP. His current focus centers on structuring corporate venture capital strategies and driving technological innovation across multiple sectors, with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity, energy, and agriculture.
