Sander Gossard

Sander J. Gossard is an Investment Professional at Snowpoint Ventures based in New York, New York. He evaluates early-stage venture capital opportunities for the firm, which was founded in 2021 by Alex Creasey and former Palantir Technologies executive Doug Philippone. Snowpoint Ventures currently manages more than $500 million in total assets under management following the launch of a new investment fund in July 2025. Prior to his venture capital career, Gossard worked in nuclear power plant operations and nuclear engineering roles between 2009 and 2010 after earning a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering. He later completed his Master of Business Administration degree in 2018 and transitioned into the financial sector to evaluate emerging technologies. Gossard currently focuses on funding dual-use data, deep tech, and frontier technology startups that address government modernization and defense sector needs.
