Samuel Tse

Samuel Tse is a Principal at Arbor Ventures based in Singapore, where he leads early-stage investments across the Southeast Asian and Greater China fintech sectors. Before assuming his current position in early 2023, he spent over a decade in venture capital and finance, holding previous roles at 500 Startups and Goldman Sachs. Tse manages an active portfolio of more than 20 companies and has directed capital into prominent regional startups, including the unicorn Aspire. In 2024, he notably led Arbor Ventures' participation in a $100 million funding round for an undisclosed Southeast Asian payments company. Beyond direct investing, he frequently participates in industry forums, recently speaking on blockchain adoption at the November 2023 Singapore FinTech Festival. Equipped with an MBA from INSEAD, Tse currently focuses on advancing digital financial services, blockchain, and insurtech throughout Asian markets.
