Samira Ann Qassim

Samira Ann Qassim is a Co-Founder and Partner at Pink Salt Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. Alongside co-founder Saloni Bhojwani, she manages a portfolio of six female-led startups, including investments in Alena, MPowder, and Jude. The firm focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage companies, preparing a second fund to execute twelve new investments with average cheques of £350,000 for equity stakes between five and fifteen percent. Before establishing her venture capital career, Qassim worked as a Strategy Consultant at Siegel and Gale and served as the Commercial Director and Co-Founder of the solar technology startup Caventou. She holds a Joint Master of Arts in Modern History and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews, and her current focus remains on financing purpose-driven, female-founded technology enterprises across the United Kingdom.
