Sameer Chishty

Sameer Chishty is a Partner at SparkLabs Global Ventures and the Founder and Chairman of Streeton Partners, based in Hong Kong. Through Streeton Partners, a merchant bank, he directed over $250 million in global investments over three years, while also serving as Chairman of AsiaPak Investments, which has deployed more than $3.5 billion into major infrastructure projects. At SparkLabs, he helps manage a $200 million fund that has executed over 260 early-stage technology investments worldwide. Prior to these investment roles, Chishty held senior advisory positions, including Partner at McKinsey and Company and Bain and Company. He previously served as a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch in New York and Global Product Line Head at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. His career centers on deploying capital and strategic guidance across the global fintech, financial services, and infrastructure sectors.
