Samantha Wulfson

Samantha Wulfson is a Principal on the investments team at FinTech Collective based in London, UK, where she focuses on sourcing and executing early-stage financial technology deals. Promoted to this role in July 2025, she has spent the past four years helping launch and shape the venture capital firm's European operations. Before joining FinTech Collective, Wulfson managed early-stage investments across Africa and Latin America at FINCA Ventures and led East African market expansion for the Y Combinator-backed payments startup NALA. She began her professional career covering financial institutions within the Equity Capital Markets division at Morgan Stanley, and she holds both BS and MS degrees from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. Additionally, she currently volunteers as a mentorship lead and venture team member for Shaper Impact Capital, a network powered by the World Economic Forum.
