Samantha Little

Samantha Little is currently an Associate at Chingona Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to entering the venture capital sector, she spent three years working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she facilitated over $500 million in mergers and acquisitions within the enterprise software sector. She subsequently transitioned to a corporate strategy role at Salesforce, directing a five-person team to execute strategic market expansion initiatives across the broader North American market. Little began her professional career by completing a highly competitive venture fellowship program with Techstars, and she later earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northwestern University. Her current investment focus centers on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting diverse pre-seed founders operating within the financial technology, future of work, and digital health sectors across the Midwest.
