Samantha Jérusalmy

Samantha Jérusalmy is a Partner at Elaia Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Paris, France. She began her professional career as a banking and finance strategy consultant at Eurogroup, subsequently moving to the corporate finance firm Clipperton Finance. After joining Elaia in 2008, she advanced to Investment Manager in 2011 and was officially promoted to Partner in 2014. Within the firm, which manages approximately 250 million euros across more than 50 investments, she recently supported a 2024 strategic partnership with Lazard to establish Lazard Elaia Capital. Jérusalmy holds degrees from EDHEC Business School, Schulich Business School of Toronto, and Loyola University of Chicago, while also serving on the board of France Digitale. Her current investment focus centers on scaling early-stage European technology startups across deep tech, artificial intelligence, software-as-a-service, and digital life sciences.
