Sam Stein

Sam Stein is the General Manager at Snappt and is currently based in New York City. He assumed this executive role following the August 2025 acquisition of Trigo, a Y Combinator-backed proptech startup he co-founded and led as CEO. During his tenure from 2022 to 2025, Trigo developed software to verify rental payment histories, ultimately leading to its acquisition alongside a $50 million growth financing round. Before entering the technology sector, Stein spent eight years in finance and private company investing, holding analytical and strategic positions at Citi, the Virgin Group, and RedBird Capital.
