Sam Rosen

Sam Rosen is the Vice President of the Technology Investment Group at GIC, where he currently directs institutional capital toward high-growth application software investments. Prior to his tenure at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, he developed his venture capital and growth equity expertise as an investor at General Catalyst and Insight Partners. Beyond his institutional investing background, Rosen holds practical operating experience from cross-functional roles at three distinct technology businesses, including DraftKings, Handy, and Finix. Throughout his career, he has evaluated and supported investments in at least nine major technology platforms, contributing to a portfolio that features recognizable enterprise and financial tools like Monday.com, Ramp, FloQast, Zip, and Brightwheel. Ultimately, Rosen combines his direct operational background with his institutional venture experience to evaluate and scale early-stage application software, SaaS, human resources, and fintech companies.
