Sam Plank is the Co-Founder of Eggnog and is currently based in Austin, Texas. He has over 15 years of experience in software development and product management, having graduated from Harvard University in 2014 with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Previously, Plank worked at Meta, where he optimized Facebook’s news feed to reduce daily views of hate speech and misinformation by over 10 million. He also served as a data scientist at Quora, developing creator monetization tools that generated $1 million in revenue within 12 months. Additionally, he spearheaded a SaaS product that acquired over 10,000 enterprise users in its first year and led a cloud migration that reduced operational costs by 40 percent. Plank currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and cloud computing to build high-performance engineering teams and scale early-stage technology startups.
