Sam Fennell

Sam Fennell is currently a Partner at ACF Investors, an active venture capital firm she joined in March 2012. She brings over 30 years of professional experience in equity research and finance, initially beginning her career in 1990 as an analyst on the Small Cap Equity Research Team at Kleinwort Benson. Fennell remained at the financial institution in various capacities until 1999 before transitioning to the specialized oil team at Deutsche Bank. During her tenure at Deutsche Bank, she advanced through the organization and was officially appointed as a Managing Director in 2004. Following her corporate banking roles, she operated as a freelance analyst covering multiple sectors before shifting her professional focus toward early-stage venture investing. Today, her primary focus centers on leveraging her extensive background in small cap equities to evaluate and support emerging companies.
