Before transitioning to venture capital, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group within the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs, executing mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings for banking, insurance, and payments companies. Prior to beginning his professional career, he earned a first-class honors degree from the London School of Economics. At firstminute capital, Endacott has sourced investments into numerous technology startups, including Robocorp, n8n, Storyblok, Element, Stitch, Creditbook, and Thndr. His sourced portfolio companies have subsequently attracted follow-on capital from prominent institutional co-investors such as Sequoia Capital, Benchmark, and Atomico. Endacott currently concentrates on financing ambitious founders to build scalable software-as-a-service and fintech platforms across both developed and emerging markets.
