Sam Chaudhary

Sam Chaudhary is the co-founder and CEO of ClassDojo, an education technology company based in San Francisco. Under his leadership, the platform has grown entirely through word-of-mouth to reach 51 million children across 180 countries, including 95% of K-8 schools in the United States. The enterprise has secured $66.1 million in funding to scale its operations and establish research partnerships with academic institutions. Prior to launching the startup, he worked as a high school economics teacher and served in the global education practice at McKinsey, collaborating with the UK government and various NGOs. He holds an economics degree from the University of Cambridge and was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year for 2025. Chaudhary currently focuses on expanding global classroom communication networks and integrating AI-driven personalized learning tools into national education systems.
