SAM BOGROV

Sam Bogrov is a Principal at Tau Ventures, where he focuses primarily on healthcare investments. Before joining Tau Ventures, he served as a Principal at Pediatric Associates, leading back-office mergers and acquisitions integration and managing financial operations across four states. His earlier career also includes private equity investment roles at Investindustrial and Platinum Equity, as well as foundational experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring at Oppenheimer & Co. Bogrov holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Finance from Claremont McKenna College, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Psychology from Vanderbilt University. Motivated by his own experiences navigating the U.S. healthcare system, his current investment focus centers on artificial intelligence-driven solutions designed to improve care delivery and patient access.
