Salo Sredni

Salo Sredni is the Managing Director at Ocean Azul Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Previously, he served as Chairman, President, and CEO of TradeStation Group, where he led the company through its acquisition by Monex Group in 2011. Following this transaction, Sredni operated as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Monex Group, and he later co-founded the workers' compensation technology startup Chronwell, Inc. in 2017. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1987. Today, his primary focus centers on directing venture capital investments into emerging technology, healthcare, and financial services startups while serving on the Penn State Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors.
