Sally Dornaus

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Sally Dornaus is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Bain Capital Credit, Public Equity, and Partnership Strategies. She concurrently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Capital Markets at Bain Capital, a global alternative investment firm with approximately 1,750 employees. Over her nineteen years at the firm, she has specialized in alternative investments, financial management, risk oversight, venture capital, and private equity within the credit markets. Prior to her extensive tenure at Bain Capital, Dornaus worked as a Senior Manager in the investment management practice at PwC and later served as a board member for The TRIAD Trust from 2013 to 2021. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Brandeis University, alongside a master of science degree and a master of business administration degree from Northeastern University.
