Sallie Jian

Sallie Jian is the Director and Head of Ventures North America at Diageo, where she oversees minority investments, partnerships, and joint ventures. Prior to assuming this role in May 2023, she served as the Head of SAP.iO New York for five years, directing startup programs and advancing a corporate pledge to back 40% women and underrepresented founders. She previously served as Vice President leading the venture capital team at SeedInvest, and held dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development at Savile Row Society. Jian began her career in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley and growth equity at General Atlantic after graduating from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Her current focus centers on enterprise software, financial technology, and corporate ventures, with an emphasis on supporting diverse entrepreneurial ecosystems.
