Salim Mitha

Salim Mitha is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Powerhouse Capital, based in Los Angeles, California. Before establishing the firm in January 2019, he served as a Partner at Evolution Media, an investment firm partnered with TPG Growth and Creative Artists Agency. His operational background includes co-founding and scaling three startups to successful exits, notably serving as Executive Vice President of Product, Monetization, and Marketing at Playtika before its acquisition by Caesars Interactive, and co-founding Wahanda, which was acquired by Recruit Holdings. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as Managing Director of Search and Social Search Europe at Yahoo! and has since directed investments into prominent consumer brands like MasterClass, The Athletic, and Wondery. Mitha currently focuses on providing strategic capital to high-growth technology ventures operating across the media, entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors.
