SADASIA MCCUTCHEN

Sadasia McCutchen is the San Francisco-based Vice President of Community and Growth at CapitalG, Alphabet's independent growth venture capital fund, while also serving as an investor at the Black Angel Tech Fund. Promoted to her current position in 2022, she manages executive networks across the portfolio as part of Alphabet's $100 million commitment to Black entrepreneurship. McCutchen is additionally the Founding Head of Community for the Black Angel Group, a collective of over 350 technology operators and angel investors that launched BAG Ventures Fund I in July 2024. Through her work with the Black Angel Tech Fund, she facilitates early-stage software and healthcare technology investments ranging from $100,000 to $5 million per transaction. Her professional focus centers on capital allocation, ecosystem development, and operational support for Black-led technology ventures from the seed to Series A stages.
