During his early career, Jain actively participated in industry hackathons and built multiple independent side projects to solve specific technical challenges. He initially developed the core Requestly application as one of these side projects before officially scaling it into a dedicated enterprise software-as-a-service business. In his current executive capacity, Jain directs the company's overarching product strategy, manages direct engagement initiatives with existing and potential customers, and defines the long-term corporate vision.
