Sacha Labourey is the co-founder and a strategic advisor at CloudBees, an enterprise DevOps platform, and is based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He began his professional career by launching a consulting firm while completing his university engineering degree before joining the core team at JBoss. As Chief Technology Officer at JBoss, he led product engineering and implemented key clustering technologies prior to the company's acquisition by Red Hat in 2006. Following the acquisition, Labourey served as the general manager for Red Hat's middleware division and became an early contributor to the Jenkins open-source automation server. In 2010, he co-founded CloudBees to commercialize enterprise software delivery solutions, eventually stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on broader strategic guidance.
